KOMpose Yoga was born from the shared dream of Margherita Feldman and Melanie Coons, two friends and seasoned yoga teachers dedicated to empowering others and building a strong, self-care-centered community. For over a decade, they envisioned creating a sanctuary for personal growth, a vision rooted in their shared experiences training in the lush jungles of Costa Rica. Their journey has taught them to honor their path and channel yoga’s transformative power—principles they bring to life at KOMpose.
Margherita MSW, a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with a Masters in social work, is known for her depth of knowledge and warm approach to teaching. She fuses strength-building postures with restorative stretches and infuses her classes with philosophy, helping students cultivate resilience and clarity. Her style invites practitioners to explore both body and mind, making each class a journey toward empowerment and balance.
