• Term of Membership Contract.

    • Memberships renew on a month-to-month basis; memberships may be canceled via the cancellation form or by providing email notice to manager@komposeu.com at least 30 days prior to the termination date.

  • No Refunds.

    • All sales of memberships and classes are final. No refunds on unused classes. Credit card required to be on file. 

  • Schedule May Change.

    • We reserve the right to adjust the schedule from time to time including the cancellation or substitution of classes and teachers.

  • Class Packages.

    • Class packages expire six months from the date of first use unless otherwise noted in an offer. Class packages are not shareable or transferable.

  • No Liability.

    • Each student must complete a liability waiver and release prior to the first class. 

  • CLASS CANCELLATION GUIDELINES

    • Early Cancel

      • A student may early cancel a reservation for a live, in-studio class no later than 6 hours of the class start time. Class cancellations can be submitted via your fitDEGREE account, our branded app or via email at manager@komposeu.com.

      • Any failure to cancel a reservation within the 6-hour window will result in the forfeiture of a class if you are using a class package, or in the case of an unlimited yoga package, a $15 late cancellation fee.

      • Please note, this is aimed to be a preventative measure rather than a penalty. The demand for our classes is very high, and due to the limited space in the studio, no-shows and no-cancels limit other members from participating in classes and is disruptive to our community.

      • Note: There are no grace occurrences or waiving of No Show/No Cancel fees. All No Shows and No Cancels incur an automatic $25 charge. No Exceptions.

    • Single Class Drop In

      • If you purchased a Single Class Drop-In this will not result in additional charges but will result in the forfeiture of the class fee paid. No additional fees will be charged but you will not be able to use the class at a later time. A missed class cannot be transferred or used for another date. No Exceptions.

    • Unlimited Membership

      • If you purchased an Unlimited Membership you will not be charged for the first class cancellation violation, however all future occurrences will incur the normal class cancellation fee.

    • Workshops

      • All workshop sales are final with no refunds. Arrive early to claim your spot, late admittance (5 mins after start time) is not allowed. Workshops cannot be transferred to other workshops. Please be sure that you can attend before purchasing any workshop classes.

    • Private Sessions

      • Due to the personalized service provided by Private Sessions, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel. Private Sessions must be paid at booking. No Exceptions. Any failure to cancel a reservation within the 24-hour window will result in the forfeiture of the paid private session fee.
