Erica has been practicing yoga for over six years, and it has been her safe space through life's ups and downs. Yoga has helped her heal, think deeper, and connect with the most loving and compassionate community. To her, yoga isn't just about movement—it's about connection, self-discovery, and feeling at home in your own body.

That's why she became a teacher—to give back and create a space where students feel welcomed, supported, and totally themselves. Whether they come to class for strength, stillness, or just a good stretch, she wants them to feel lighter, happier, and more at peace than when they walked in. 

When she's not on the mat, Erica is hiking, dancing at music festivals, or hanging out with animals (basically, if it's outdoors, she's in!). She brings that same adventurous and joyful energy into her teaching, making every class a space to move, breathe, and grow together.
