Lindsey began her yoga journey in 2018 after losing her mother and going through a difficult divorce in the same year. The power of yoga to transcend grief felt like a gift when she was at her lowest point. Instead of feeling helpless, yoga offered a physical and spiritual path forward. Lindsey traveled to Bali, Indonesia in 2022 to complete an extensive 200 hour Power Vinyasa and Vinyasa teacher training to deepen her personal practice. Under the tutelage of Paul Teodo and Byron de Marse, she learned a method of precision cueing and verbal support that allows students to focus on exploring their edges while going inward. Lindsey left the island inspired and ready to learn more. She completed a 50 hour Yin training here at kOMpose in February of 2023.
As a yoga teacher, Lindsey believes in creating a safe and welcoming environment where students can deepen their practice. Her classes are designed to challenge the body and mind while honoring each students unique needs and abilities.Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, she is here to guide you on your journey. When she is not on her mat, Lindsey works at Riley Hospital for Children in cardiovascular genetics
