Basic Foundations of Yoga with Katarina (Session 1/3)

This 3-part workshop is designed for yoga students who would like to start and/or deepen their yoga practice. In a progressive way, you will learn about the functional approach to yoga and how to applies it to your own unique body.

During this powerful workshop, together we will explore:
Back-bending Poses: Bridge, Camel, Cobra
Open Hip Poses: Warrior 2, Side Angle, Triangle, Half Moon
Closed Hip Poses: Chair, Low Lunge, Warrior 1, Warrior 3
Forward Folds: Seated/ Standing Forward Fold, Pyramid
Twists: Revolved Chair, Revolved Triangle, Supine Twist
Poses That Affect Glutes: Eagle, Pigeon Prep, Figure Four

The main purpose is to help you create confidence in your practice so that you can feel more empowered and supported in your yoga journey for many years to come.
