The New Moon represents all things new - new beginnings, fresh starts, and new intentions. This class allows students to let go of worries from the last moon cycle, and focus on moving forward.
This class will allow extra time for grounding and setting intentions, a gentle flow to release tension in muscles and joints, and end with guided meditation. Relax and make room for all that is to come! You may enjoy a blanket or two and pillow during the meditation portion of this practice.
