This is an hour long event led by Macy Coles. It consists of breathwork, cacao, journaling, and a meditation with some light yin yoga. Cacao is real, plant-medicine chocolate (no additives) with the psychoactive compound, Theobromine still intact, and very little caffeine. Wear comfortable clothes, bring water, and your yoga mat. A journal is included when you sign up, but you can also bring your own journal! This ceremony is heart chakra themed.
