The full moon is an ideal time to welcome in new energy by releasing that which no longer serves us. During the full moon vinyasa flow, we will focus on the moon salutations (Chandra Namaskar) which utilize postures and breath that tap into the feminine energy and encourage release, self-love, and authenticity. Join us each month as we harness the moon's energy through movement in an intentional yoga practice.
